When health needs arise, The Health Center at The Terraces of Los Gatos provides short-term and long-term skilled nursing care. Our team of professional doctors, nurses and aides ensures that residents are comfortable and cared for 24 hours a day.

The Health Center offers a full range of therapies, including physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and IV. Outpatient therapy is available to residents who need rehabilitation due to an illness, injury, stroke or surgery. The Health Center houses a fully equipped rehabilitation center with exercise equipment and a whirlpool.

Health care at The Terraces emphasizes wellness. Residents can get their blood pressure checked and request medical advice at the Wellness Clinic. The wellness manager annually assesses residents to see that their needs are being met. In addition, Health Center staff provides information and seminars on nutrition and fitness -- all to support and enhance resident well-being.

Residents who live in residential living apartments or those needing assisted living at The Lodge also have access to nursing care at The Health Center.
