The Health Center offers a full range of therapies, including physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and IV. Outpatient therapy is available to residents who need rehabilitation due to an illness, injury, stroke or surgery. The Health Center houses a fully equipped rehabilitation center with exercise equipment and a whirlpool.

Health care at The Terraces emphasizes wellness. Residents can get their blood pressure checked and request medical advice at the Wellness Clinic.
