The Terraces of Los Gatos has provided the best in senior living since 1992. Our nonprofit continuing care retirement community promotes a richly rewarding lifestyle of activity, security, and convenience. Our mission is to create a quality environment of recognized value for our residents in a setting that is responsive to their desire for an independent lifestyle and supplemental care as may be required during their lifetime.

The Terraces is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This seal of approval assures residents and their families that our community meets national standards for quality care.

Our community is the newest of the American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW), a trusted nonprofit provider of quality retirement housing and health care services since 1949. As an expression of its Judeo-Christian mission, ABHOW seeks to enhance the well-being and security of seniors through the provision of housing, health care, and supportive services.

ABHOW operates 11 continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and 18 affordable housing communities. CCRCs provide residents with the continuity of a flexible, independent lifestyle while offering the security of health care. The ABHOW Foundation helps these communities by providing financial support to residents who require assistance.
